Frequently Asked Questions About Wet Food
Is wet food or dry food better for a cat?
Ideally, combine both. Cats drink little by nature and wet food provides the water their kidneys need; dry food provides a complete, convenient base. One can a day or every other day on top of their dry food is a common routine.
How many cans a day can a cat eat?
As a complement to dry food, between half and one 80 g can a day for an adult 4 kg cat, reducing the dry food a little so as not to overdo the calories.
Are the tuna and mackerel cans also suitable for dogs?
Yes. They are 100% fish, grain-free and preservative-free, so they're suitable for dogs and cats of all ages as a complement or treat.
How long does a can last once opened?
Cover it and store it in the fridge: it keeps for 2 days. Take it out a few minutes beforehand so they don't eat it cold.
