What makes Togo food different?
Our food is made with natural ingredients, with no artificial preservatives or fillers. Each formula is designed by veterinarians to provide complete, balanced nutrition.
How should I store Togo food?
Togo food does not need refrigeration for storage. Thanks to our packaging and sterilization process, you can keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once the pouch is opened, we recommend keeping it in the fridge and using it within 48 hours at most.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Don't worry. Since this product doesn't require a cold chain, there is no risk of it spoiling if delivery is delayed. The courier may leave it at a nearby pickup point or try delivering again the next day, keeping all its properties intact.
Do I need to transition my pet to start Togo?
Yes, we recommend a gradual transition of around 7 days, mixing in a little more Togo each day with their usual food. This way, their stomach adapts to the change without minor digestive upsets.
Do you have physical stores or points of sale?
We operate mainly online so the product comes straight from our factory, at the best possible price. Even so, we are available at several points of sale across mainland Spain and are working to reach more stores that share our philosophy.

Yes. We have hypoallergenic recipes with less common protein sources, such as salmon or insect protein, a very sustainable alternative with a low likelihood of causing allergies. If your pet has a diagnosed allergy, please check with your veterinarian first.

It's the easiest way to stop worrying about your pet's food. You choose the recipe and the frequency; we make sure your order arrives at your door just when you need it.
Does the subscription have a minimum commitment?
No. We want you to stay because you love the product, not because of a contract. From your profile you can change recipes, bring a delivery forward or cancel with no explanations and no extra costs.
