El pienso es muy bueno, pero el servicio pésimo.
El día 19/9/hago un pedido y aparece la entrega para el día 23 y no me llega , no tenía pienso para mi cane corso y hablé con Álvaro, y me dijo que había un problema en la fábrica, para solventar el problema me envió un saco de 4 kilos hasta que pudiera mandar el de 15kg ,todavía estoy esperando y me estoy quedando sin pienso y no sé cuando voy a recibir el de 15kg.que he pagado.
Estoy decepcionada, sino se resuelve en breve este problema no volveré a comprar

El pienso muy bueno, el servicio pésimo.
Hago un pedido el 19/9 / de pienso de Salmón de 15kg. Y se esperaba para el día 23 y no me llega, hasta que contacto con Álvaro, y me dice que están agotado, me mandan uno de 4 kg hasta poder reponer el pienso de 15kg y todavía estoy esperando, mi perra es un mastin y con un saco de 4 kilos me dura 5 días y ahora ya casi no tengo pienso y no sé cuando llegará mi saco .
Me siento decepcionada y si esto no me lo solucionan rápido, no volveré a comprar aquí

La reseña es respecto a la imagen del saco, en todo momento es el de 15 kg, apareciendo abajo el precio de 4 Kg. Lo compré sin fijarme en que abajo hay que seleccionar 15 Kg. Me parece engañosa esta forma de presentación. Yo lo he comprado pensando en el de 15 Kg y me ha llegado el de 4, evidentemente. Culpa mía por no prestar atención, desde luego. No vuelvo a fiarme nunca más.
